Can`t Download User Agreement On Lg Tv

So I had this problem. Here`s how I solved it. Country was set to NZ and had realized the rest of the factory, wired, completely bypassed WIFI & router, without success. The last thing I tried was to open a router-based VPN client to Australia, change the location of the LG in Australia, reset it, and bingo downloaded during the OK restart user agreement. LG is C9 OLED. – Now, press „Home“ on your remote control and select an app (preferably one you subscribe to like Netflix), you should see the error „user agreement can no longer be downloaded“. Hoorah! I just broke down the other router. The TV then automatically recognized the correct agreement and the user agreement was downloaded. I, too, have problems. Internet works well in TV browser, Internet fully connected, but unable to download terms and conditions that therefore do not allow me to use smart features such as vudu, YouTube, Netflix, etc.

I am connected to WiFi without cable TV (because there is no cable or Ethernet connection). I have another LG Smart TV and it works well. I just got a brand new 65″ for Christmas and I can`t even use it. Edit: Thank you all! I tried to recharge the agreement the next morning, and by God`s grace, it worked! I think it was a problem on their side! Everything works now (I only checked YouTube, Netflix, lg Content Store). Thanks again For me, although I entered the Wi-Fi password during setup, I also had to open the web browser (via the Home button) and open Google. Then the browser also asked for my Wi-Fi password. Worked diligently with LG on the ID issue, discovered that Best Buy didn`t mark that the TV was bad, and attached the Geek Squad Open Box certification on it. Here, the motherboard was roasted and could not connect to the service, basicl would have had to replace the entire brain of the TV to make it work. Bb contacted and an excellent manager there not only replaced the OB TV with the most recent version (it was last year`s model), but the price matched AND discounts for all the issues I went through to make sure there was no fixing error or easier user error.
